Class Description:
A resource laden presentation targeted specifically for first responders, veterans, community leaders & those that work with or serve our Everyday Heroes. We will present an overview of what Post-Traumatic Stress Injuries are (PTSI) and the resources available not only for times of crisis, but the importance of learning to build resilience. It will also include a deep dive into who we are, what we do, some incredibly valuable resources for you to learn about, as well as an interactive Breathwork instruction.
