Impactful Film Trilogy Screening! - Angst
Through personal interviews with kids, teens, educators, experts, and parents, Angst aims to provide an understanding of anxiety, help people manage their symptoms, to encourage those struggling to reach out for help, and most importantly, to instill hope within our classrooms and communities.

Impactful Film Trilogy Screening! - LIKE
LIKE explores the various impacts that social media has on our lives. It examines the benefits and risks of technology, and looks at how social platforms have changed the ways in which we consume information and how we connect with one another.

Impactful Film Trilogy Screening! - The Upstanders
The Upstanders examines bullying from the perspective of the perpetrator, the victim, and the onlooker, providing practical tips and resources to change the narrative - to stand up, speak out and support - and become an Upstander, not a Bystander.
Girls On the Run 5 k!
Girls on The Run is a national organization that designs programming that strengthens third- to eighth-grade girls’ social, emotional, physical, and behavioral skills to successfully navigate life experiences. At the end of each spring programming, they host a 5k run. This is a huge event (over 500 people!)
Volunteering for this run is a great way to support GOTR, or just showing up to cheer means so much to the girls! The Idaho Resilience Project will also have a table there, so swing by and say hi : )
More info can be found here: https://www.gotrtv.org/5k
The Community Resiliency Model
The Community Resiliency Model (CRM)® trains community members to not only help themselves but to help others within their wider social network. The goal of CRM is to create trauma-informed and resiliency-focused communities that share a common understanding of the impact of trauma and chronic stress on the nervous system.
CRM skills help people understand their nervous system and learn to track sensations connected to their own well being. The primary focus of this skills-based model is to reset the nervous system’s natural balance. Using the wisdom of their own bodies, people experience rapid relief from stress-related symptoms, as well as an increased sense of control over future wellness.
